ACA Dominates in Area Road Win Against Autauga Academy

Alabama Christian played Autauga Academy Friday night and both the girls and boys teams overpowered the Generals. Both teams scored ten goals in their games.

Chloe Jordan’s first half hat trick spurred the Lady Eagles to a 5-0 lead at intermission in the opening game of the night. ACA tacked on five more goals in the second half for a 10-1 final margin. Five different players found the back of the net as Jordan and Katelyn Sutton each scored three goals, Addison Smith scored twice, while Danica Yates and Evie Moorer each had one goal.

The boys were even more dominant as they did not allow an Autauga Academy goal in the 10-0 shutout. Like the girls, the boys also had a player with three goals in the first half as Tyson Summers led his team to a 5-0 advantage at the half. Five different players scored the five second half goals as the bench was emptied for the 10-0 victory. Tyson Summers finished with three goals followed by David Johnson and Jiwu Kim who each scored twice. Marcus Kim, Jayden Parker, and Connor Smith each scored a goal.
