Alabama Christian Beaten by Catholic in Area Tournament

Like the Lady Eagles Tuesday night, ACA’s season ended with a loss to Catholc in the Area Tournament. The Eagles (8-20) felt they had some momentum on their side with back to back wins to end the regular season, but the Knights proved too strong in a 80-59 win Wednesday night. Catholic held a 40-16 lead after the first half and ACA was never able to close the gap in the second half. In the last game of the year eleven of the twelve players who played were able to score. Braden Alford led ACA in scoring with 11 points and Avery Stuart added 10 points. Jake Bailey, KJ Kendrick and Caden Perry each scored six points on the night.
